Oktoberfest Vendors

Oktoberfest  is on Saturday 2022 TBD, noon to 11pm. This event brings over 6,000 people to downtown Wakefield through out the day. Main Street is closed and  Vendors will be allowed to set up in the areas shown on the vendor location map below. Vendor spaces on Main Street (spaces 1-32) will be assigned on a first-come-first serve basis once Main Street is closed to traffic (approx. 10am). Vending time on Main Street is until noon-5pm. Vendor spaces in the Bell Block parking lot area (spaces 34-54) can be purchased by location number and can set up as early as 9am will be allowed to stay until the event ends at 11pm. 

All Vendors must submit a RI Retail Sales Permit and  Vendor Certificate of Insurance, click the buttons below for information.

Once your application is reviewed and approved you will be contacted to submit copy of your retail sales permit and Vendor  Certificate of Insurance . After submitting the appropriate forms you will be emailed a password to access the websites online vendor payment area.

All Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and tents. No electricity is provided or available. 

The Event is rain or shine and is only cancelled due to severe weather.  If the event is cancelled you will be notified, the event will to be rescheduled or refunded.


Main Steet: $100 per 10x10 space

Bell Block Parking Lot: $150 per 10x10 space
