Vendor Application


We are currently accepting vendor  RiverFire Thursdays July 11th-August 8th from 6-8:00pm

 Once your application is reviewed and approved you will be emailed a password to access the websites online vendor payment area where you will be able to choose from available vendor spaces which indicated on the maps below.

All Vendors must submit a RI Retail Sales Permit, click the button below for information or submit for a one day pass.

All Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and tents. No electricity is provided or available. No tents are allowed on Main Street vendor spots as they will impede the sidewalk.

Events are cancelled due to rain you will be notified, they will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Pricing per event:*

Spaces 1-4: $20

Spaces 5-6: $25

Spaces: 7-20: $30 

Food Vendor: $25 

*+$10 for Ladies Night July 11th
